Shipping

Shipping and handling is typically completed within 24-36 hours of ordering. During high volume periods we may see up to 48-72 hours for order processing. Please contact us orders@carolinahempco.com should you have any questions.

Returns

Returns & Refunds Policy

Eligibility

Unopened, unused items in original unaltered damage free packaging may be returned within 7 days of receipt.

Process

Contact orders@carolinahempco.com for a return authorization within 24 hours of receipt. You must include photos of the packing box, shipping label and product photos front and back as well as the reason you want to return the product(s). Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Refunds

Approved returns receive store credit of original payment method (minus shipping).

Non-Returnable Items

Opened/used products, damaged (other than carrier damaged), sale items, and disposable vapes/carts.

Defective Products

Contact us orders@carolinahempco.com within 24 hours for replacements.

Carrier Damaged Shipments

Should your package arrive damaged from carrier/shipper – DO NOT OPEN IT. Take photos of the damaged package and the shipping label then email with your order details to orders@carolinahempco.com. Refuse the shipment and Mark the package “RETURN TO SENDER”. Once we receive your email and damaged shipment photos and the returned package, we will issue a store credit or reship the order at your discretion.
